Dwanna "Cookie" Green is a passionate teacher and communicator of the Word of God as well as a life long advocate of health and wellness. She is a graduate of the Samford University Ministry Training Institute, a certified AFAA Fitness Instructor, Schwinn cycle Instructor, Core & Fitness HIIT Instructor, a Personal Trainer and a Balance and Conditioning Coach. This combination of passions has driven Ms. Cookie to teach, train and coach others to reach their fitness goals for well over 25 years. She believes and teaches that the harmony of the mind, body and spirit is the key to being "Fit for Life".
