It’s here, and we are heading into the Fall season, which is typically the time of year when many regular exercisers will fall off the wagon. This year, declare that YOU will NOT fall off or slack. Secondly, this is also the time of year when we cover up in layers and pack on a few extra pounds; but this year can be different if YOU create an action plan now.
Step 1- Plan an alternate workout option in the event there are weather issues. Step 2- Create a nutritious meal plan that includes soup twice a day.
Step 3- Create community with family, friends, or coworkers. This will help with accountability, encouragement and consistency. Start now!
